iTunes10 and Ping

I installed iTunes10 this morning and started using Ping almost immediately. The concept sounds like fun, but in reality, it isn’t all that great. Ping focusses on the iTunes Store only and not on your personal library. The new iTunes design looks slick though, so it’s worth the download.

Van cadeaus en lijstjes

Ze vragen allemaal naar een wishlist, maar ik heb er geen. Momenteel heb ik geen specifieke wensen wat verjaardagscadeaus betreft, maar ik zal proberen om toch een aantal dingen op te sommen.

  • iPhone Stand — Zo’n handig dingske dat ervoor zorgt dat mijn iPhone recht (of op zijn zij) kan staan. Gemakkelijk om filmpjes te bekijken. (Het item dat zich achter de link verschuild moet in grotere aantallen aangekocht worden, en is dus maar een voorbeeld.) En ik heb een iPhone 3Gs, moest dat ertoe doen.
  • iTunes card — Voor als ik nog eens een leuke app wil aankopen of zo. En nu we toch binnen de categorie van de bonnen zitten: eentje van de Ikea kan me ook altijd bekoren.
  • Computer Arts Projects — Tijdens mijn studie kocht ik dit magazine af en toe. Een abonnement voor een jaar zou leuk zijn. Let wel op, want er is zowel een magazine dat Computer Arts heet, als eentje dat Computer Arts Projects heet. Dat laatste is wat ik wil.

Oh, ik ben ook aan het sparen voor een eigen auto. Voel u vrij me een handje te helpen met dat sparen.

Mocht ik nog iets bedenken, wordt de lijst aangevuld.
